Jd & Stephanie have over 13 years of combined Real Estate and Customer Service Experience.
JD was born in Florida, and grew up in Wilcox, Arizona. After High School JD wanted to become a Fire Fighter. He got the opportunity to work as a Structural and Wildland Firefighter for Wilcox Arizona Fire Department in which he spent many years doing what he loved until an injury forced him to leave his much loved career.
He not only changed jobs, he changed States, in 2000 JD moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where he now considers home. He worked for a cable company until his wife convinced him that he needed to be in Real Estate. Now he loves his career and enjoys meeting new people and becoming friends with clients.
JD & Stephanie enjoy taking the dog out to the mountains and exploring all that New Mexico has to offer. The scenery is spectacular. JD and Stephanie also enjoy golfing.
Stephanie started in Hospitality and Tourism at a very young age having come from being born in Nebraska and growing up on the island of Guam and then on Saipan (North of Guam) better known as the Mariana Islands, Stephanie's mom is a native of Saipan and learned the Chamorro language and culture.
During High School she worked for a company called DFS (Duty Free Shoppers) Saipan LTD where she learned customer service, Marketing, Acounting and Inventory.
After High School she went on to work at Continental Airlines as a passenger service agent.
In 1996 Stephanie and her family moved to New Mexico. Stephanie worked her way up in Real Estate by starting as a receptionist while finishing her degree in Culinary Arts, then took her sales exam and became a Licensed assistant, Marketing Manager, Office Manager and now a Real Estate Consultant with her husband.
Before Stephanie thought about persuing a career in Real Estate, she earned a degree in Culinary Arts wanting to someday open a Bakery or coffee shop.
Having traveled internationally, racking up frequent flyer miles, having been raised in a background where Tourism is important for Economic Growth, where Customer Service is what makes or breaks a Company, JD & Stephanie work with each client individually to give them personal Real Estate Consulting that they are known to provide to each of their clients.
We are Multi Million Dollar Producers and because of the success, support, training and knowledge we have recieved at Keller Williams Realty we are able to fulfill a dream of ours by opening up our own company with our partner, Leandro Lovato who is also from Keller Williams Realty.
We understand that each individual is different and when we understand your personal needs and what you consider important we build a professional relationship with you to make your transaction a successful one.

JD & Stephanie also do Treatment Foster Care and currently have three treatment foster sons with special needs.

JD & Stephanie support cancer research for local New Mexicans. Stephanie's mom was recently diagnosed with stage III breast cancer and has had treatment at our local UNM Cancer Hospital. JD's mom is also a breast cancer survivor! God bless each and every one of you who are going through cancer and other life threatening health ailments. You are in our prayers!
We support our troops. My mom's youngest brother Vincent F. Camacho was recently promoted to Division Command Sergeant Major of the 101st Airborne! We love you Uncle Ben!
There are family and friends currently fighting overseas for us. Thank you to ALL of our Armed Forces, Navajo Code Talkers who were instrumental in WWII The Battle of Saipan(Where my mom and family are a native of), All of our Police Officers, Firefighters(JD's Brothers), EMT's, Parents, Foster Parents, and Teachers. Pet Adoption
Save a pet desperately in need of RESCUE today! We did! We love our 17 month old yellow American Labrador Retriever thanks to Tom Payne www.lodestarlabs.com a not for profit organization, for finding "Jack"(formerly Max)!
We also want to thank Boni Galarneau at Animal Humane Association www.ahanm.org for introducing us to our newly adopted addition "Haylah" (formerly Haley),our 4 year old English Labrador Retriever, who was skin and bones and had just had surgery to remove an infected eye when we fostered her and is now a family member. Visit Boni and her Doberman rescue at www.dobermanrescuenm.org. Also, don't forget the City Pounds and numerous other Animal facilities!
We love our 11 year old blue heeler "Cheyenne" whom JD got as a puppy! So many pets are euthanized because they are overlooked (especially the black colored animals)and are never given a chance to be a part of a loving family. Thank you to all who rescue and save pets!
