Thank you for your patience, honest assessment and feedback you gave me concerning the “homes for sale” you and I looked at and visited. You pointed out a lot of excellent and interesting qualities each home represented. As a result, I was able to realistically envision our family’s lifestyle in each of the many houses you showed me these past few days. I also want to thank you for your professionalism, integrity and the ethical approach you partook on this mission. Most of all, I never felt pressured to make a decision or purchase any of the homes you took me to view. Instead, you asked if I was interested in looking at more houses. Wow!!

| As a new resident to Albuquerque, I had no idea how to go about looking in good, safe areas for a new house. I contacted a few realtors and all of them seemed to think my house price range was too low for them to bother with. I finally contacted JD & Stephanie Webb of Latte Stone Realty via e-mail after finding them through a property they were selling.
From the very beginning, JD responded quickly and did not scoff at my “under $150K” price-range as other realtors had done. He was very knowledgeable and supportive. He was also friendly and polite. The first time we went looking for houses, he and his wife and partner Stephanie both took me house-shopping and each had great input to offer on each house we looked at. They noticed much more than I would have noticed on my own and were honest about how much work each house would need and whether the price was fair.
I don’t communicate much by phone so I was happy that JD & Stephanie both respond so well via e-mail and text messaging. They always respond within 12 hours and the always have the information I have asked for.
In the end, thanks to them, I bought a wonderful, brand new house in Los Lunas at under the listed price and with many extras. They even came with me to walk through the house after I signed the papers and noticed issues that the builder needed to touch up. It was nice knowing they did not leave me stranded to work everything out on my own.
I HIGHLY recommend Latte Stone Realty. I have owned a house before and my previous realtor was nowhere near as patient, knowledgeable, or concerned about what I wanted as these two wonderful people were. Everyone needs realtors like these!

| "I purchased a home with my fiance and we lived there together for 2 years but then went our separate ways. He kept the house but it was still in my name. He got behind on the payments and I received a notice of default. The house was set for foreclosure. To save my credit I contacted JD & Leandro who was able to stop the foreclosure.
